We aim to always provide a tracking number for every purchase and most of the time we don't have a problem doing so, however due to circumstances out of our control, there may be times where we are unable to provide a shipping tracking number. While this doesn't prevent successful delivery, if ever you experience a shipping issue please contact us so we can make it right and investigate the situation. If a return is needed for whatever reason please contact us so we can facilitate the process. Returns need to be addressed within 15 days of product delivery. Outside of this timeframe and it becomes difficult to accomplish.
